Corinne Tapia
Broker Associate
CA DRE #01928312
Corinne Tapia is a Los Angeles real estate broker and public servant with 25 years of professional experience spanning the private and public sectors. Her approach to real estate is grounded in trusted relationships, thoughtful strategy, and a sophisticated understanding of how property can serve as both a place to call home and a foundation for long-term wealth.
As founder and broker of Five Heights Realty Corp., Corinne built her real estate career serving as the primary broker in more than $100 million in residential and commercial transactions across Southern California. Her experience spans residential properties, multifamily investments, and complex commercial transactions, with particular expertise in healthcare and behavioral health real estate.
For Corinne, real estate has always been about more than property. She believes thoughtful real estate ownership can create stability, opportunity, and generational wealth while helping individuals, families, and organizations establish a lasting place in the communities where they live, work, and invest. That perspective is central to CINCO and its approach to helping clients build meaningful real estate portfolios over time.
Beyond her work in real estate, Corinne serves as a mayoral appointee to the Los Angeles Fire and Police Pensions Board, where she shares fiduciary responsibility for more than $36 billion in assets. Her role provides her with a distinctive perspective on institutional investing, including real estate, private equity, and long-term asset stewardship.
Corinne earned her bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University and completed advanced real estate studies through UCLA Extension and USC’s Ross Minority Program in Real Estate. She is also an alumna of the Coro Fellowship in Public Affairs.
Across every facet of her work, Corinne brings the same principles to the table: build trust, think strategically, create opportunity, and approach every relationship with a long-term perspective.

Mayra Fernandez is a Los Angeles Real Estate Advisor whose approach to real estate is shaped by more than two decades of experience in leadership, organizational strategy, community development, and negotiation. A lifelong Angeleno with deep roots in East Los Angeles, Mayra brings an intimate understanding of the city, its communities, and the opportunities that real estate can create across generations.
Trained in diplomacy at Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service in Washington, D.C., Mayra learned early in her career how to navigate complex interests, build consensus, and advocate thoughtfully and effectively. She later earned a Master of Public Administration from California State University, Los Angeles and spent more than 20 years advising and leading organizations through periods of growth, strategy, and change.
For Mayra, real estate is deeply connected to place, identity, and possibility. Growing up in a first-generation family in Los Angeles shaped her understanding of what homeownership and property ownership can mean—not simply as an asset, but as a source of stability, opportunity, and generational wealth. That perspective is central to CINCO and to the way she advises her clients.
Her background in diplomacy and public administration gives Mayra a distinctive approach to real estate: listen carefully, understand what matters, negotiate with purpose, and never lose sight of the people behind the transaction.
Fluent in English and Spanish, Mayra is committed to making sophisticated real estate guidance accessible to the diverse individuals, families, entrepreneurs, and organizations that make Los Angeles home.
At the center of her work is a simple belief: real estate is not only about where you live or what you own—it is about what you are building for what comes next.
